In what condition are comics sold by Dangerous Waters?

New comics ship in 9.2 or better condition. Backissues are marked with an approximate grade, but grades are not guaranteed. Slabbed/Graded comics will be labeled with their grade in the listing, and are guaranteed by the respective grading company. Digital codes are not guaranteed to be unused or valid for any comic we sell.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar store where I can go and browse your selection?

At this time we are an online-only retailer, but we do have plans to open a brick-and-mortar store in the near future!
Where do you ship from and how fast do you ship?

We ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the U.S.; transit times vary by service type, but usually we try to ship within 24 hours of you placing your order - and delivery would usually be about 7-10 business days from that date. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the items ship. Please bear in mind that some items are on a "pre-order" status, and these will be marked with the release dates in the description. Any preorder item will ship on the day of release, and in-stock items ordered with pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are available to ship. In some instances, items are backordered or their release dates "pushed" to a later date, and the shipping date will be determined based on when the item is received by our store from the distributor. What if I can't find the comic I really really want on your site?

Message us! We are able to obtain most comics for you at a fair price. If it's not already on our website inventory, let us know and we'll do our best to procure a copy for you!
How are your comics packaged?

All comics come bagged and boarded with new protective materials. There is an option to purchase toploaders and mylar bags individually under the "Protection" list of products, or you can purchase a sealed multi-pack of these and other protective products. Please notate on checkout if you want these to be used on the comics you ordered, or if you want the sealed package sent to you sealed. Shipments generally are packaged in boxes, wrapped in bubble-wrap, then placed inside a larger box to minimize damages. All boxes are marked "Fragile on 4 sides and on the shipping label.
