Shipping & Returns
We ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the U.S.; transit times vary by service type, but usually we try to ship within 24 hours of you placing your order - and delivery would usually be about 7-10 business days from that date. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the items ship.
Please bear in mind that some items are on a "pre-order" status, and these will be marked with the release dates in the description. Any preorder item will ship on the day of release, and in-stock items ordered with pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are available to ship.
In some instances, items are backordered or their release dates "pushed" to a later date, and the shipping date will be determined based on when the item is received by our store from the distributor.
Comics are shipped bagged and boarded in a shipping box or Gemini Mailer; Collectibles are shipped in boxes. Graded comics will ship in a box with a standard slab bag.
Shipping rates vary by order total, both for domestic and international orders. Items prohibited by law at the destination will not be shipped and will be promptly refunded.

Most orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (7-10 business day delivery) or Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery); graphic novels and books will ship via Media Mail (7-14 business day delivery). Larger orders may ship via UPS Ground (3-6 day delivery). Alternatively, there are expedited options for delivery for an additional charge. Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of the collectibles market, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged when received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send pictures of the shipping package and of the damage as received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that comics purchased as a "Back Issue" may not have an active redemption code, if present. These comics have been obtained from alternate sources and are therefore considered second-hand, used, or transferred, and are not sold or implied to be "new".
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
